Service Description

This is a monthly service that includes treatment of the interior of units and common areas on the odd months of the year and the exterior on the even months. After each service we provide a service report that specifies any areas of concerns along with the products used and our recommendations to reduce pest issues in and around the apartment community. Pest Included in this Agreement: o Moisture Ants o House Ants o Indoor Spider Control o Spider Mites o Outdoor Spider Control o Firebrats o Silverfish o German Cockroaches o American Cockroaches o Oriental Cockroaches o Brown Banded Cockroaches o Smokey Brown Cockroaches o Pill Bugs o House Crickets o Sow Bugs Call backs included Price per unit: Initial Charge $12 per unit with a monthly rate of $8 per unit.
